The Progress Center for Independent Living presented State Representative Karen Yarbrough with a plaque in appreciation of her work for people with disabilities.  The plaque, presented by Executive Director Diane Coleman at the June 17 annual meeting, lauds Yarbrough "For your leadership and commitment to the civil rights and freedom of people with disabilities.  Further it states "with gratitude for the work you've done and in solidarity for the work that lies ahead."
